Vintage Benrus Pilot Military Issue 1965 Vietnam War Era Manual Wind Wrist Watch

Up for sale we have a circa 1965 Military Issue Pilot's watch manufactured by Benrus.  Watch is housed in a one-piece parkerized steel case. Movement is a 17 jewel model DR 2F2 mechanical (wind up) movement, which is manufactured by ETA (ETA 2372). This movement was also used in Hamilton military watches.

Watch is in excellent condition for a vintage military watch. The watch is has been timed on our timing machine and is running and keeping time. When fully wound, watch was within 7 seconds a day (dial up) with an amplitude of approximately 300 degrees. Watch winds and sets fine and the Hack function works properly.

Watch has been oiled but has not been fully serviced. We recommend servicing for best results.
