Up for sale we have an attractive, relatively rare 1960's vintage Swiss diver watch marked Organa on dial, manufactured by Selza, a Swiss company registered in 1942. This company produced high quality watches that are very desirable. The movement is a 25 jewel automatic ETA 2452 in excellent running condition. All stainless steel case. One unusual factor is the all stainless bezel (rather than the typical plastic insert that can fall out and that ages badly). The numerals in the bezel are engraved in. Dial & hands are all original. Hour hand is missing lume. Original crystal has some crazing. Bidirectional rotating bezel. Also has date feature.
This is a divers watch that stands out due to its attractive design.
Watch is in good running condition and keeps good time. It has been partially serviced, oiled, and tested on our self-wind apparatus for three days.
Watch is marked waterproof on the case back, but is no longer suitable for diving as would have to be tested for water resistance!
Watch length: 47mm
Watch width: 38mm (not including crown)
Overall impression: Nice condition for pre-owned vintage diver watch. Excellent running condition. Lume missing in hour hand, original crystal has crazing but does not detract.
